1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jeet bas platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and jeet bas ("platform", "we" or "us").

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are given below:

• Platform: The jeet bas website (jeetbas.cam) and all related mobile applications and digital services.
• Member: Any person registered on the platform who has created an account and is using the services.
• Account: A member's personal profile through which the platform's services can be accessed.
• Funds: Money deposited into or available for withdrawal from a member's account.
• Bonus: Additional money or rewards given for promotional purposes, usable subject to specific conditions.
• Bet: The act of risking money on the basis of a particular outcome.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to open and use an account on the jeet bas platform. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. Valid identification may be requested to verify age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, the same identification document, the same mobile number or the same payment account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when opening an account. jeet bas reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or misleading information at any time. If your details change, update your account immediately or contact the support team.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeet bas may request identity verification at any time to ensure security. This may require submission of relevant documents such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password and login details confidential and do not allow any third party to access your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Transferring funds from your account to another person or receiving funds from another person's account is prohibited. Each account must be used only by the account holder — operation through a representative or third party is not permitted.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your jeet bas account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be reflected in the account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods can be used to withdraw funds from your account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The payment method used for a withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the account holder. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation in cases of irregular or suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeet bas offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

Alongside the welcome bonus, jeet bas runs various promotional offers for regular members. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and time limits. The main ongoing promotions are: Weekly jeet bas Reward (up to 50%, maximum ৳10,000), jeet bas Slots Fun (up to 30%, maximum ৳5,000), Cricket Festival Bonus (up to 40%, maximum ৳8,000), Birthday Special Gift (maximum ৳2,000) and Refer a Friend promotion (maximum ৳3,000).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be participated in once, unless otherwise stated.
• A bonus may only be used on designated games — game restrictions will be listed on the relevant bonus page.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable like cash; winnings earned after completing wagering requirements will be withdrawable.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific promotion permits it.
• jeet bas reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus fraud or misuse is found.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market and are clearly displayed on the game page. jeet bas reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted or processed due to a technical error, jeet bas may cancel that bet and refund the relevant amount.

6.3 Result Disputes

If a dispute arises over the result of a game or bet, contact the support team within 14 days. Data stored in the system will be treated as conclusive evidence. jeet bas's decision will be considered final, though a member may follow the formal dispute process if they wish.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, our sports betting rules will apply if an event is postponed or cancelled. Live betting options during a match display updated odds, and accepted bets are fixed at the odds at the moment they were placed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeet bas platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
• Placing bets or playing games using any software, bot, script or automated method.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to manage bets.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or carrying out cyber attacks.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, funds will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jeet bas

jeet bas may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Providing false registration information.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• As required by applicable law or regulations.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time. If there are any valid funds remaining before the account is closed, the withdrawal process must be completed first. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

Games presented on the platform are the property of various third-party developers and are operated under their respective rules. Members are obliged to refrain from infringing any intellectual property rights related to these.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeet bas is not liable for:

• A bet or game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a security issue on the member's own device.
• A transaction being affected by an error or delay on the part of a third-party payment processor.
• Service disruption caused by geopolitical circumstances, natural disasters or legal restrictions.

However, if a member suffers a direct financial loss due to our error or negligence, jeet bas will take appropriate steps to remedy the situation.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the first step is to contact our support team directly. Most matters can be resolved quickly through live chat or email. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If a direct resolution with the support team is not possible, you may file a formal complaint. In that case, send your complaint by email along with your account number, a detailed description of the dispute, and any relevant evidence. An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.

14 Changes to Terms

jeet bas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes — either through a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
